This unique concept offers a lot of green areas with no cars within the village

The vision of Blue Rock Village is to enjoy the magnificent beauty and natural surroundings where you can truly experience the great outdoors. One ring road will serve the underground garages and the entire village area will therefore be car-free.

All parking of cars would therefore be effected underground with direct access to each apartment. This way you can enjoy and uninterrupted abundance of green natural areas around the village without any interference of cars, car noise or any car emissions.

Your children can safely play outdoors without worry of vehicular traffic.

Safely enter the village, travel along the ring road into the underground garages and then directly into your apartment.

On the edge of the N2, we have a 14m high berm to protect the village from any noise and lights from vehicular traffic along this road.

A helipad is planned for business people to commute easily between the airport and Cape Town and also other pleasure trips.

Within the village it is planned to have golf cars for easy commuting between apartments or for longer trips which are too far to go by foot or bicycle.
