Blue Rock is a luxury hotel and conference centre and Spa, with swimming pool and fitness centre. The entrance and lobby will have a large area for relaxing, a meeting point, high ceilings which give a comfortable but luxurious feeling. The hotel is a centre point for the Village where not only guests will meet, but also village residents. They can meet each other, read newspapers and visit the bar and restaurant, internet cafe. The hotel has a large pool, Jacuzzi, a sun deck overlooking the lake and various treatment rooms. It has about 50 rooms and about 50 luxury apartments.

The Hotel flows majestically to the shopping street, which has, on the ground floor a large reception area, shops, cafeteria, and bars. On the 1st and 2nd floors there is office space and on the 3rd floor residence which are overlooking to the north of the lake area, with a penthouse on top.
