This is a 3 storey cylindrical structure with a basement,  The plan is to have a restaurant on the basement of the building and a reception area, with a kiosk - bar on the ground floor. The first and second floors will have the administration, offices and show rooms. The location of the Rondo is on Beach 1 overlooking the lake.
